At this stage all analytical work is carried out: an audit of the product, the definition of the target audience and its interests, a comparative analysis of competitors.
Concept
In this phase, we extract meaning, look for metaphors and give form to the information we received through the analysis. This is how a concept or prototype emerges. If the client needs branding, we design 2-3 pages of corporate identity. If the interface, we make several screens to reveal the idea.
Versions
At this stage we delve even deeper into the problem and the product: we work with feedback from the client, correct mistakes, look for new approaches and offer variants of concepts until we find the right solution.
Development
We implement a ready concept or create a digital product based on a prototype: we draw up a timeline, set control points for coordination with the customer and making adjustments.
Guidelines
For each of our products - be it a website, software, strategy or guidebook - we create a user manual - and only then complete the project.
